During my stay, the fire alarm went off multiple times, leaving guests confused and anxious. There was no communication from the staff or management, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, making my experience very disappointing.
